OrangeAng Rum-A-Rita

Before becoming the trumpet and singing sensation he is today, my babe, Brian Newman was a top notch bartender and that comes in pretty handy at Casa Pontani-Newman. He whipped this up for me with some leftover ingredients i had for my Charanda Grilled Shrimp Marinade and it made for a perfect pairing!

OrangeAng Rum-A-Rita 1oz Lime Juice 2oz Orange Juice 2oz Uruapan “Charanda Blanco” Single Blended Rum

Add juice and tequila to shaker filled with ice. Shake furiously and strain over fresh ice, top of with seltzer or club soda and garnish with orange slice

Remember, fresh is best! Use fresh oranges and limes and this drink will really shine!
